1. Any discrepancies on orders must be reported within 14 days of receiving shipment.
2. All returns must have approval and an RMA (Return Material Authorization) issued. You may request an RMA by calling us at 800-484-0095. Please provide the invoice number upon request. Materials must be returned with 45 days of RMA being issued or return will be voided. A copy of the RMA must accompany the material being returned.
3. A 20% restocking fee will apply to all material received in its original condition and packaging, complete, clean, and suitable for resale. All returned materials are subject to inspection and approval after returned materials are received at Superior.
4. A restocking fee will not be applied to materials sent in error by Superior.
5. Credits will not be issued for the following products - half posts, any routed posts or rails, special section lengths, gates, discontinued colors or discontinued products.
