Once we have your design specifications, we prepare an itemized quote and technical drawings for your review

Complete a final review of drawings, quote, and purchase agreement before submitting your e-signature to lock in your order. Be certain to review carefully. Design changes cannot be made after this step.

Make a 50% down payment to begin production.

Production time varies but typically runs from 2-3 weeks.

Once construction is complete, you will receive your final bill.

Once payment is complete, we release your order for shipping. Shipping from port to port is typically 3 weeks (to USA), followed by another 2 weeks to final-mile delivery.

We will keep you notified and up to date throughout this process.

You will receive a phone call from the shipper to schedule delivery timing and location.

Due to the size of the pergola, you will need to unload the pergola by hand, we recommend 2-3 people to get this done.

You can install solo or with the contractor of your choosing. We always recommend the latter.
