Custom designs take time and care. Each order is built to custom specification, which means longer lead time.
Do you offer installation?
We do not offer installation. We aim to save you money, and give you flexibility in your installation process. If you are working with a contractor, we are happy to provide support directly to their team.
Do you offer customization options?
Yes! Our pergolas are custom sized to order down to the nearest inch or millimeter. All of our pergolas come with great custom options including embedded lighting, privacy screens, heating options, accessory mounts, and more!
Are your pergolas easy to assemble?
Yes! All of our pergolas come with easy to follow instructions. Most builds can be completed in one working day. Peaceful Patios is always available for installation support via phone or email. Working with a designer, contractor, or electrician? We’ll talk to them, too!
What is the delivery time?
Variable depending on demand and configuration. We always work hard to provide clear delivery and fulfillment expectations. We will be in touch every step of the way.

Yes! We recommend partnering with a contractor on more involved installations but most builds can be accomplished by three people in a single day.

How are you different from cheap pergolas on Amazon or Costco?
Cheap, prefabricated pergolas will not offer you motorized louver control, custom sizing, or any of the additional features like heaters, fan installation, or privacy screens.
Can I add accessories or features to my pergola?
Yes! Our pergolas come equipped with optional privacy screens, motorized louver control, rain sensors, and heating options. All these features are custom configurable.

Yes, all of our louvered pergolas are waterproof and feature water drainage systems
Can I order a partial kit?
Unfortunately, you cannot order a partial kit or materials. We stand by the quality of our custom designed and finished products, and do not sell partial units.
